As CEO of Let Me Out Productions, LLC, Kimani Okearah manages the direction of the platform and the creative strategy of the projects in development. Additionally, he's the Showrunner for Press Pass - the first TV show fully-powered by a collaborative community - and the Founder of Let Me Out Productions. Okearah previously served in a myriad of production positions across many different production houses including The Young Turks, Discovery, Showtime, and ABC, where he carefully studied the industry with a prospective goal of improving the system - for everyone - from a macro approach. Okearah has led teams of production professionals in creating and executing initiatives in content production and audience experience. In his various leadership positions, Okearah worked closely with the technology, distribution, content and production leaders of each platform in his history of experiences to ensure that quality, authenticity, and consumer satisfaction are reflected in every aspect of the team's hard work. Kimani Okearah founded Let Me Out Productions in 2007 in the small Californian town of Foresthill with the goal of establishing creator equity in the global film/television production industry. Let Me Out Productions is the first platform to use NFTs as a utility for true creator equity, following the strategy described in Okearah's "Impact Puzzles on the LMO Structure for Tokenomics." Okearah is a world-renowned manual focus sports photojournalist and has spent a decade covering professional basketball in the United States for various platforms. In addition to his support work for larger production houses, Okearah has sustained Let Me Out Productions as a digital media service boutique / production support unit on large and small scale projects for 18 years, from 2007 to 2025. Okearah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Media Production from University of California: Santa Cruz and Associates Degrees in both Behavioral Science and Liberal Arts from Sierra College. He is on an eventual path to a PhD in Cognitive Linguistics from the University of Aberdeen if health and circumstance allow. Fun fact: Okearah is a grand-nephew of James Earl Jones through his grandmother, Barbara Wallace-Hannah.
